Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in July 2025, so there is no link to it here. We are not obliged, and do not undertake, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. If something goes wrong, write to us at hello@netstrada.it and we will look for a solution with you. For Brezn purchases, Apple or Google are responsible as the seller.
