Terms of use
Last updated:
These terms apply between you and Netstrada s.r.l. (“ProSit”, “we”) when you use the ProSit apps. They are short on purpose. Please read them.
1. What ProSit does, and what it doesn’t
- ProSit connects people: somebody with a reserved Oktoberfest table (the host) and somebody who would like to join it (the guest).
- ProSit never sells seats and is not a party to any agreement between a host and a guest.
- ProSit never handles seat money. The host and the guest settle the seat price between themselves — cash at the table, a bank transfer, whatever they agree. We do not hold, route, guarantee or refund it.
- Hosts are responsible for being allowed to pass their seats on under the tent’s reservation conditions, and for the seats and vouchers they describe actually existing. Admission to a tent is up to the tent and its staff.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- One person, one account. Your profile must be about you: a real photo of you, your own phone number, a true age.
- To publish an offer or send a request you need a verified phone number and a complete profile.
- Keep access to your Apple or Google sign-in secure; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
3. Brezn
A Brezn is the unit ProSit sells. Three Brezn send one request — they are the right to put one introduction in front of one host, and nothing else.
Brezn you buy never expire. Brezn you get for free — when your account is created, when you verify your phone, or from a Prosit — are good for 10 days from the moment you receive them. After that a free Brezn is gone: it is not replaced and not extended. The app shows the date on every Brezn that has one.
- Brezn are for sending requests. They are not a seat, not a ticket and not money. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or paid out.
- Sending a request reserves three Brezn. They are used once a host opens or answers your request — whether or not the host picks you, your introduction was delivered.
- The same three Brezn come back, with the life they had left, if the request ends before any host looked at it (it expired, the table closed, or you were accepted at another table first), if a host cancels a seat they had already accepted, or if you are the guest and say nobody was at the table (see “After the table” below) — that returns your Brezn at once, whatever the host says afterwards. A returned Brezn never has less than 24 hours left to live, even one that would otherwise already have expired while it was locked in the request.
- If you withdraw a request yourself, the Brezn are not returned.
- Free Brezn: two when your account is created, and three the first time you verify a phone number — once per account, ever. Like every free Brezn, they are good for 10 days.
- Prosits. When you and somebody else connect in person by scanning their code, you each get one Brezn — once per pair of people, ever, and no verified phone number is needed for it. Either of you can remove the connection at any time; that does not take the Brezn back.
- Brezn codes. A word ProSit hands out by hand — for launch, or as an apology — that gives free Brezn when you type it in. It works once per person per code; a code may also have a total number of uses or an end date, after which it stops working. Like every free Brezn, they are good for 10 days from the moment you redeem them. Brezn codes are never sold and cannot be refunded.
- Brezn are consumed on use and are not refundable by ProSit. If you delete your account, your unspent Brezn and all your clips are forfeited (see Delete account).
- Buying Brezn never gives priority in a host’s queue, never unlocks anybody’s contact details, never lifts a limit that protects hosts and never buys status: clips are earned only by meeting people.
Clips
- A clip is a small wooden clip on your profile with a few words of yours burnt into it. You get one when your account is created and more for meeting people — Prosits and tables you actually sat at. Clips cannot be bought, transferred or exchanged, have no value and change nothing about how requests are handled.
- You write each clip once, up to 24 characters, and it can never be changed afterwards. What you write is public and must follow section 6; a clip can be reported like anything else you write, and we may remove one that breaks these terms.
- You can destroy a clip at any time. That is permanent: the milestone it was for is not earned again.
- You hold at most one blank clip at a time. While one is waiting to be written, a milestone you reach in the meantime is not earned, and is not saved up for later — write the clip you have, and the count starts again.
4. Purchases
Brezn are sold as in-app purchases, in packs of 5, 10, 16 and 35 Brezn; the price of each pack is shown in the store’s purchase sheet before you confirm. Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) is the merchant of record for every purchase: they take the payment, show you the price and the terms of sale, handle any statutory right of withdrawal and decide on refunds, under their own terms. To ask for a refund, contact Apple or Google — see Support for how.
When a store refunds a purchase, the Brezn from it are taken back: any that are still unspent are removed, and any you have already spent become debt, which is worked off by the Brezn you get or buy next. While you are in debt you cannot send requests. Everything else — browsing, hosting and your account — keeps working, and the debt is never collected as money: it is only set off against Brezn you receive later. If a debt comes from a purchase you withdrew from under consumer law, and the law says you owe nothing for Brezn you had already used, write to us at hello@netstrada.it and we clear it.
5. Seat prices
- A host states the price per seat that they paid. Each tent has a price ceiling; an offer cannot be listed above it.
- No reselling at a profit. Do not ask a guest for more than the price in the offer, and never more than the tent’s ceiling. A host who does can be reported and removed.
- ProSit is not for ticket touting, commercial resale or bulk reservations bought to be passed on.
6. How to behave
You agree not to:
- publish offers for tables you don’t have, or seats you can’t give;
- harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anybody, in the app or at the table;
- collect other people’s social handles or phone numbers, or use a contact you received for anything other than meeting at that table;
- impersonate somebody, or use a photo that is not you;
- add a photo of a friend to a request without that friend’s agreement to it being shown to the host;
- send spam or advertising, or use the app automatically (bots, scraping);
- try to get around limits, gates, suspensions or the rules in these terms.
At the tent, the tent’s house rules apply. Drink responsibly, and look after each other. If a host accepted you and you can no longer come, cancel in the app so the seat can go to someone else.
After the table, either of you may say in the app that you met, or that the other one wasn’t there — say only what is true. Agreement, or three days without an answer, settles it; disagreeing settles nothing and marks the request “disputed” instead, for either of you. A guest may say the host wasn’t there at most three times in 30 days. Scanning the code at the table settles things on the spot but has always been optional, and stays that way.
7. Reports, blocking and suspension
You can report any offer or person in the app. Reports are read by a person. We may remove offers, and suspend or close accounts, that break these terms or put other people at risk — where appropriate after hearing you, and immediately where safety requires it. Cancellations and no-shows — hosts’ as well as guests’ — are shown on your public profile.
8. Liability
ProSit provides a way for people to find each other; what happens between host and guest, including payment and the time at the table, is their responsibility; ProSit is not a party to it. For our own service we are liable under the applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for intent or gross negligence (Art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code), for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law, including the consumer protection law of the country where you live.
9. Ending
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by e-mail. We may end our agreement with you with reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.
10. Changes, law and disputes
- If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
- Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.
- If something goes wrong, write to us at hello@netstrada.it first; we look for a solution with you. We are not obliged, and do not undertake, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in July 2025, so there is no link to it here.
- How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
